Starlady from the Zoe Belle Collective will be presenting training and information on working with people who identify as trans and gender diverse. This training will identify and explain relevant practice standards, using information from research undertaken by the LGBTI Homelessness Project Team.

Lynne Slade from Quality Innovation and Performance Consulting will present information on the Rainbow Tick Accreditation Program to provide an overview of safe and inclusive practice and service delivery for people from the the LGTBI community.
