Diversity of Thought - Getting the "Unconvinced" Onboard
Date and time
Location
Sofitel Sydney Wentworth
61-101 Phillip Street Sydney, NSW 2000 AustraliaDescription
With Diversity a hot topic for organisations across all industries and functions, HR teams are looking for ways to embrace and incorporate diversity across all aspects of their organisation. Ernst & Young, ranked no.1 for Diversity and Inclusion, according to DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity and Inclusion list 2017, believe that a focus on this diversity is essential in their bid to succeed in the global marketplace.
As part of our Parity Plus offering to our clients, we would like to invite you to an interactive breakfast with Heather Geary, Leader for Diversity and Inclusiveness at Ernst & Young Australia for the Oceania region. Heather spoke at the Australian HR Institute Inclusion and Diversity Conference in Sydney earlier this year and is responsible for setting the regional diversity and inclusion strategy for EY.
Heather will share her experiences on diversity across both Australia and the Asia Pacific region within both financial services and professional organisations. In particular, Heather will speak about the diversity of thought within an organisation, ways to get teams onboard and how to navigate resistance.
