Who should attend: Diversity & Inclusion Senior Managers, HR Managers
As we become increasingly globalised and our workforce becomes more ‘multi-cultural’, there is an urgent need to harness the talents and skills which are often ‘hidden’ and under-utilised in our organisations. Many research studies including the recent white paper in Australia acknowledges identifying and using these diverse talents and skills result in greater productivity.
For Inclusion & Diversity leaders/managers to recognise the issues including:
what are the barriers
how to understand and work with culturally and linguistically diverse staff
how to harness and develop leaders from people of different cultures, in particular, Asian Australians
how do organisations identify and overcome systematic barriers to develop leaders from their Asian Australian staff
how can Asian Australians step up, what must they do to achieve this.
Method of Training:
Using Accelerated Learning (AL) techniques, a whole brain methodology which includes the systemic development of content via story-telling, music and creative visualisation to enhance retention and retrieval. Interactive and participatory, AL is fun while being instructional.
Casual and ‘comfy’ as kinaesthetic activity may be used for learning and stimulation of the brain-mind.
