Diverse perspectives on Philanthropy
Event Information
Description
The Channel Giving Circle and Maurice Blackburn Lawyers invite you to an evening with US philanthropist, Sparks.
Young, queer, a woman of colour and the head of her family’s foundation in the US, Sparks’ journey has been different to that of most philanthropic leaders. Join us for an in-conversation with Sparks and Editor of Metro and Archer Magazines, Adolfo Aranjuez, to hear about the importance of diversity in philanthropy, why we should encourage it and what it means for the future of giving.
Drinks and canapes from 6:00-6:30pm, with formal proceedings to following from 6:30-7:30pm
