Kimberly Teo - COO Pitchblak
Starting my career working as a graduate at an investment bank on a trading floor full of monitors and testosterone, transitioning into a management consulting firm where I was promoted twice in 3 years, and into big corporates running teams who were all older than me... it seemed I was 'killing it'.
Any 23 year old would enjoy platinum travel status, it would've been easy to be swept up in the opportunities, but I didn't care about any of it. I wasn't fulfilled. I started dabbling in 'side hustle' while still in corporate, first an eCommerce business (acquired), then a tech startup Neighbour Flavour (not entirely legal) and now the COO at a startup studio, Pitchblak. I've found my home in the startup world and couldn't be happier! Looking forward to helping you find the 3Fs - Fun, Fulfillment and Freedom.
Claire Deane - CEO, Deane & Co
Claire is a digital marketer, Google analytics nerd and social media addict. She’s developed social media strategies for The Locale Group’s stable of brands (Talulah, Stevie May and Isla), created digital marketing strategies for Dissh, and helped launch digital publisher The Urban List across three major cities. Claire started Deane & Co after burning out (to a crisp) in 2014, and realising that she alone had the power to control the impact work had on her life. Claire's also written an ebook on building a business as an introvert that’s been featured in Collective Mag and Design*Sponge.
