Description

The world is going to #CHANGE

Prepare yourself to #THRIVE as a leader in World 4.0

Sydney-based aspiring innovators, change-makers and social entrepreneurs! How are you going to make an impact in the future?

Following its recent success in Melbourne, we are bringing this interactive, hands-on Workshop on Disruptive Thinking to Sydney!

Did you know that five years from now, over one-third of skills that are considered important in today’s workforce will have changed. In a recent report, The World Economic Forum has released the 'Ten skills you need to thrive in the 4th Industrial Revolution' and we believe that it's through development of these skills that you will be able to make an positive, sustainable impact in the world of the near future.

This interactive Workshop, run by experienced facilitator and speaker, Shadé Zahrai, will introduce you to a number these key skills and will focus on enhancing your understanding of what they already look like for you and how to take them to the next level so you can thrive (www.shadezahrai.com).

Through facilitated discussion, workshopping, brainstorming and using processes from design thinking, you will explore concepts including:

  • Human-centred creativity;

  • Strategic negotiation;

  • Cognitive flexibility; and

  • Emotional agility

All of these concepts form tools that you will use to thrive as a leader and create impact in the world of work.

The Workshop is held at the HSBC Sydney office, Barangaroo.

Given the interactive nature of the Workshop, numbers are strictly limited so get in quick to secure your place!
