KREISSON use technology to provide better and more efficient legal services to our clients leaving us with more time to focus on educating, inspiring and engaging the property development industry. Join us for the first event in the 2018 series as the industry’s leaders discuss the way visual communication is impacting the property development process.

Our panelists and moderator for this event are all considered ground breakers in their chosen fields and will cover how technology is impacting the whole project process from site acquisition, off the plan sales, Virtual Reality, BIM, project management and delivery and end use facilities management.

There will be VR units set up for attendees to experience some of the technology firsthand. There will be opportunities to network and play with the VR equipment both before and after the panel discussion.

This event will be limited to 80 people. Ticket price includes networking drinks and canapés.

James Guthrie - Regional Director, Head of Residential Building Management Services, Property & Asset Management, Australia JLL

James leads business development for JLL’s Property & Asset Management business line and oversees the Residential Building Management nationally.

James’ broad experience comprises the end-to-end management of high quality residential developments, commercial office towers, industrial portfolios and retail centres. Over the last 20 years James has been involved in many major new developments, leasing deals, capital expenditure projects and redevelopments.

Lucy Guerin - Project Director, APP

Prior to joining APP in 2015, Lucky Guerin worked in diverse fields, including marine engineering, BIM, procurement, handover and commissioning as well as project management. With qualifications and experience in mechanical engineering, she has exceptional technical knowledge, particularly in service delivery. While Lucy is experienced across the whole project lifecycle, she is particularly skilled at identifying program savings and opportunities to add value throughout the project cycle. Since joining APP, Lucky has worked mainly in the education and health care sectors.

Claire Martin - Head of Property, KREISSON

Claire is a Property Lawyer at KREISSON who has her Masters in Applied Property Law and received a lot of industry attention following the successful completion of the first paperless conveyance of Australian Real Property as part of her research for her Thesis titled the “Impact of technology on conveyancing”. She is the Chair of the Law Society's NSW Young Lawyers Property Law committee, Member of both the NSW Law Society's Property Law and Legal Technology Committees.”
