Disrupt-Create-Connect: The Business of Inclusion from Transgender Perspectives

This forum is set to explore the key inclusion issues facing the Transgender Community around employment. The focus is to help connect diverse and inclusive businesses with the wider Transgender community, allowing them to showcase examples of inspirational practice & innovative solutions.

Our great line up of attendees will contribute to starting a conversation on the challenges the Transgender community face when seeking employment or the struggles they faced once employed. The forum is a great opportunity to discuss topics from unemployment, underemployment and navigating being out at work or transitioning on the job. As well as enable speaking participants from all sectors to take ideas back to their businesses and organisations.

Presented by Michelle Sheppard of LGBTI Jobs, facillitators include recipient of The Queen's Young Leaders award Jacob Thomas and Australia's first transgender prime-time television host Andrew Guy.

Be sure to like LGBTI Jobs and stay tuned as we announce the line up of our featured panelists.

Join us May 29th at the Richmond Town Hall and be apart of an inforamtive forum exploring the themes of transgender discrimination, diversity and inclusion & what they mean in today's world while seeking employment.

With free entry to the forum, you can RSVP by registering here.
