Dear Ticket Holders for Disney's Moana Jr,

We have introduced strict Covid Safe procedures for our event to help protect our audience & cast members and help mitigate any risks of exposure.

This performance is a 60 minute production - with the following implementation by audience members this performance is deemed as a low risk setting.

Capacity Reduced

We have reduced our seating capacity to 75%

Contactless Ushering

You can arrive straight to the venue and make your way immediatley to your seats without needing to show us your tickets etc. Our Ushers wil be keeping tabs on where you are sitting so if there is a problem with your seat, you can see our usher if someone is sitting in the wrong spot

VIP Experience Cancelled

All VIP Ticket holders will be refunded less the cost of a regular Child Ticket. This is to minimize interactions between audience and cast.. Your ticket/seat will not be cancelled, just the VIP Experience

Masks are Mandatory

Masks are now mandatory to watch this performance, we do recommend children under 12 wear a mask however leave this to parents to supervise / implement

Sanitising on Arrival and Exit

We have multiple sanitising stations upon entry and exit of the venue, please santisie when entering and exit (or use your own)

Theatre Deep Cleaning

The Theatre will be deep cleaned before every performance

Production Team & Cast regular testing

Our Team are being tested every second day to make sure our Cast 'Bubble' is secure - if any of our team become close contacts or infected they immediatley isolate and our swings and understudies are ready to step into their shoes!

Stay home if unwell

Please stay home if you have any symptoms or unwell

In and Out

Our cast will immediatley be leaving the space after the show, please do not wait around to see them and exit promptly
