Uncover the forgotten footprint and architecture of Adelaide's former Destitute Asylum
About this event
At its height, Adelaide’s Destitute Asylum consisted of over forty buildings housing the elderly and infirm, unmarried mothers, people with disabilities, orphaned or deserted children, and girls with criminal convictions. Today, only a few buildings remain. Join curator Corinne Ball on a tour of the site and hear some of its stories.
Please note: the tour involves walking, standing and steps.
Tour cost: $10 per person (includes booking fee)
