Discover Yourself Through Indian Dance

Learn Indian classical dance techniques: hand gestures; folk dance using props and body movements. Nayana Panchal will introduce Dance Movement Therapy as you discover how dance helps to relieve stress, create happiness, & transfer positive energy to others.
This workshop runs on 4 consecutive Saturdays from 11am-1pm. Participants can sign up on for individual classes at a casual rate of $20 per class, or they may sign up for all four classes for $60.
