Learn some simple, easy to apply and effective mindfulness and meditation practices to achieve a deeper sense of peace in your daily life. You will learn how to cope better with stress as meditation enables us to calm our mind, relax our body, and ease away stress and tension which improves our physical and mental well-being. The practice of meditation helps a person to develop clarity and wisdom, gaining a greater understanding of life. You can experience inner peace and lasting happiness by reawakening your natural spiritual consciousness and becoming self-realized.


Are you struggling to make meditation a healthy habit? We can help you create a short, powerful practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and nourished so you can thrive thoughout your day. As little as 15mins a day can have profound, transformational effects.

This course is suitable for everyone, and consists of guided meditations, kirtan and Q & A time as we go on a journey of self-discovery.


There is no need to bring anything and please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get everyone seated comfortably. In line with ancient yoga tradition we don't charge for our meditation programs however there is a suggested donation of $5 to help with the running of the centre.
