Are you struggling to make meditation a healthy habit?

Join Gopala dasi, meditation teacher of 30+ years to explore some easy to apply meditation techniques and to help you implement them into your life to transform your life in all ways.

Learn simple and potent techniques including mindfulness, that can be practiced anywhere, anytime!

We help you create a short, powerful practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and nourished so you can thrive thoughout your day. As little as 15mins a day can have profound, transformational effects.

This course is suitable for everyone, and consists of guided meditations, kirtan and Q & A time as we go on a journey of self-discovery. You will also receive a week of daily online meditation tips!

This is a free 2 part course running on 2 consecutive Monday nights:

Part one: Monday 30th October 7:30pm - 8:45pm
Part two: Monday 6th November 7:30pm - 8:45pm

There is no need to bring anything and please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get everyone seated comfortably. In line with ancient yoga tradition we don't charge for our meditation programs however there is a suggested donation of $5 to help with the running of the centre.
