Event description

Description

A free teacher preview of the Dinosaur rEvolution:Secrets of Survival exhibition at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery. All teachers are invited to drop-in between 4:00 5:30 pm to view the exhibition.

Life sized animatronic models, augmented reality, recent discoveries from the icy Antarctic are just some of the highlights of this big new exhibition. This major touring exhibition, produced by Gondwana Studios, will have an additional hands on Discovery Area within the exhibition designed by TMAG educators, as well as a Tasmanian Connections fossil display.

TMAG is inviting teachers to drop in to Dinosaur rEvolution:Secrets of Survival for an exclusive free preview. You can drop-in any time between 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm – visit the exhibition, have a chat to TMAG staff about bringing your students to the exhibition, the education program and the teacher guide. A staff member from DoE who wrote the guide will also be available. We know it’s a really busy time of year for teachers but here is a one-off opportunity to preview this exciting exhibition.

Please note: This preview is open to Tasmanian teachers only.
