Practical Ecology has been commissioned by Alpine Shire Council to provide a comprehensive bushfire risk assessment and provide recommendations to address hazards at Dinner Plain to better understand risks to residents and ecological assets.

Ratepayers, residents and business operators of Dinner Plain are invited to attend one of two online workshops to provide your input on Tuesday 14th or Thursday 16th of June between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

These identical sessions aim to:

• To identify community concerns around managing bushfire risk in Dinner Plain

• To gain feedback on what possible action ideas will help mitigate these risks

• To provide an overview of recent work done by Practical Ecology to identify bushfire risk and hazards in Dinner Plain.

These sessions will be professionally facilitated, using interactive process and small group breakout discussions.
