A practical session for fundraising, marketing and communications leaders in Australian not for profit organisations
Digital can strengthen fundraising and supporter engagement, but many teams aren’t sure where to focus—or how to make progress with limited capacity. This session offers a clear, grounded way to understand your digital reality and identify the opportunities that genuinely support your organisation’s impact.
Drawing on lived experience working with NFP teams, we’ll explore:
- the four types of digital challenges (and why diagnosing them matters)
- small but meaningful digital improvements that support fundraising outcomes
- what actually moves the needle in supporter journeys—and what doesn’t
- how to understand your digital maturity without a big audit
- simple ways to prioritise your next steps based on capacity, impact and sustainability
You’ll leave with:
- clearer priorities for your organisation
- practical signals that show where digital can increase impact
- a calm, realistic approach to deciding what to tackle next
Who it’s for:
- Fundraising, marketing and communications leaders who want their digital work to meaningfully and sustainably support engagement and income—without taking on more than their team can manage.
