Melinda Hilsenbeck is a digital strategy and experience leader who has spent over 20 years helping purpose-driven organisations strengthen their impact through practical, people-centred digital work.

She has led digital, growth and experience teams across Australia and the US, and has partnered with charities, social enterprises and community organisations to improve supporter journeys, modernise digital platforms, and make limited resources go further.

Melinda is known for her calm, grounded approach to digital: simplifying complexity, building confidence, and helping teams choose the next right step — that genuinely supports fundraising and mission outcomes..
