Description

The early 21st century has seen unprecedented change in terms of business. Technology has contributed to societal and economic change, and has given rise to the digital age. The balance of power has shifted to the customer and consumer as they have access to more information than ever before.

This talk will cover

  • The changes in the business environment that have been led by our customers and consumers, and their adoption of digital capabilities.
  • The implications that these changes have on every business and organisation, no matter how big or small.
  • How businesses are reassessing their strategies to take advantage of digital and meeting the very demanding needs of the customer.
  • How businesses are bridging the gap between their evolving strategy and their current capability with practical examples.
