Event description

Description

Ever wondered about open data and what it can do for you? Come along to the fourth in the series of our introductory lunchtime talks we are holding in partnership with State Library of Queensland. This topic will delve into the most frequently asked questions about open data and how to unlock its value for yourself or your business.

Open data is data that anyone can access, use and share. Governments, businesses and individuals can use open data to bring about social, economic and environmental benefits.

We’ll explore the answers to some of your questions from the first three talks and consolidate learnings about open data and how it can be used.

Working towards a vision of knowledge for everyone, the Open Data Institute (ODI) is catalysing the evolution of open data culture to create economic, environmental, and social value. This event is being hosted in partnership with State Library of Queensland.
