Description

Future of Work Day - Women in IoT Roundtable

Future of Work Day - Thursday 5 September

DIF Demo (morning session) - 11.30am - 12.30pm

Women in IoT Roundtable

Synopsis: Are you a woman who works with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology? This is your chance to share your insights about IoT, learn about your peers’ experiences with IoT and raise your industry profile – all in one hour!

The Australian publication IoT Hub is inviting women working with Internet of Things (IoT) technology to be part of a one-hour roundtable discussion about IoT.

You’ll get to discuss the IoT issues you think are most important to Australian organisations – and see your views published online in a special roundtable report by IoT Hub.

Perhaps you think more education is needed about certain IoT topics? Maybe you don’t think there is enough focus on the business outcomes of IoT? What IoT challenges are you facing and what IoT successes have you had? Join the public dialogue about this important and fast-evolving technology trend.

Host and Facilitator: William Maher, IoT Hub Editor

Braindate at DIF

The opportunity to learn from each other while attending events and conferences is immense but can be difficult to realise. How can we spark the knowledge-sharing conversations between research, business and startup communities which can be so valuable?

At DIFvic we want you to be inspired and connected to potential collaborators so we have partnered with an organisation that is on a mission is to transform the way humans learn throughout the world. Together we are bringing business matching in the form of 'Braindates' to this year's festival. Hopefully helping you to have a valuable DIF experience.

The DIF2019 Braindate Lounge will be at the Victorian Innovation Hub at the Goods Shed with Stone and Chalk on Thu 29 Aug. When you book a ticket to any of the DIF Hub sessions you to receive a special 'Braindate' activation code.
