Are you avoiding dealing with an issue with someone at home, at work, or within your community? Rather than putting it off and letting it become a conflict, we want to help you find a solution!


This workshop is designed to empower you with practical tools and tips that will allow you to effectively deal with difficult issues. We want to give you the confidence to resolve your challenges, rather than avoid them.

2 Whyz Mummaz-
Michelle and Lisa, are two Rockingham based Mums, questioning the traditional approach to pregnancy, birth & parenting through REALISTIC holistic care.

2 Whyz Mummaz are all about real life with essential oils. They run monthly creative and informative workshops. They encourage woman to follow their passions while finding their tribe, and have found several ways to do that around their families. They are also 2/3 of DeFuze Australia, an Australian owed and handmade essential oil jewellery range.

Sarah Blake-


Co Founder and Director, Sarah Blake is an Internationally renowned Mediator (National Australian Standards & Internationally IMI) and holds authority as a Peace Maker from the Dhurili Clan Alliance, Arnhemland Northern Territory. She has completed a Master of Strategic Affairs, ANU and a Masters of Indigenous Knowledge (Mawul Rom), CDU and continues a strong commitment to professional development.


Sarah has been working in the field of conflict management, mediation, and decision making for more than eighteen years. Sarah specializes in delivering outcomes within complex multiparty contexts where strategic decision-making is required. Sarah has also been involved in design and delivery of specialized cross-cultural training for over 10 years, and continues to deliver training across Australia and Internationally. While broadly experienced as a community and commercial mediator, Sarah specializes in delivering legitimate cross-cultural decision-making services that bridge cultural divides and empower sustainable solutions.


Sarah is also running for council in the Baldivis area, and is passionate about support community and women.
