Event description
AISA is delighted to be hosting the official opening of the DIF Festival with a debate - Which is worse - people or technology?

About this event

DIF2021 Opening Event

The Digital Innovation Festival (DIF), is a unique initiative to develop, demonstrate and promote technology innovation across every sector of the economy and society. DIF2021 Festival runs over two weeks from 25 August to 8 September. The #DIF2021 offers something for everyone from exploring emerging tech to learning about jobs of the future or how digital inclusion can make a difference for communities.

As an event partner of the DIF2021, AISA is delighted to be involved in the official opening of the Festival with a debate about the worse risk – people or technology which is FREE to attend.

With mobile phones confirming dinner reservations, Facebook giving us new friends and laptops as light as air, AI incorporating in to daily life both at home and work, technology may seem nothing but valuable. But technology can also be a huge hazard to businesses, and the impact on personal lives.

During this debate, we will explore the research and statistics, case studies and work through the risks to businesses and personal lives, either by the technology or people…which is worse?
