About this Event

A new adventure to ramp up your Summer Series Finale! Join us for 1hr / 3hr / 6hr / 12hr

The finale to the "Summer Series"  is our brand new event Diamond Ultra Endurance Challenge- an event not to be missed! We've got a challenge for every type of runner! This event is for everyone, so long as you're ready to set a challenge and then smash it along with heaps of other PTS adventurers.

This race is an opportunity to push yourself and see what you're capable of! Use all your Summer Series training, to achieve a goal.

You against the clock. No specific finishing distance. Completing as many kilometers as you're able to.

You decide what goal you want to achieve and how hard you push yourself.

You may use this race to reach a new distance goal with time to spare, or use it to squeeze as much distance as you can out of the entire time provided.

It's different to any other race we organise. There are no mandatory items to carry. You get to see your crew frequently. You'll never be alone. You can have your own support station in the event village.

What am I required to bring? 

1. You must wear your race bib at all times during the event.

2. A positive, prepared for anything attitude!

What will I be running on? 

Course description: The course is a loop with a combination of terrain underfoot, and no gain or loss in elevation.

Is there an Aid Station?

You're encouraged to gather your fan club, support squad, whatever you want to call them...a marquee and have your own pit stop! This is what you've been training for all Summer Series, and here's your chance to show it!

We'll have a main Top Up Stop along with a professional first aid services team in the event village. It will be clearly displayed, with easy access. You don't need to stop, if you don't need to. At some point, we'll expect most athletes to stop through here.

When do I collect my Race Bib?

Race bib pickup is on either Saturday 20 March or Sunday 21 March 2021 depending on which event you're doing. You collect at the Start/Finish area from 1hour before your race brief, which is 10minutes before the start of your race.

Will I receive more information?

Yes! The Wednesday prior to the event we send out a PRE RACE email.

It will include all the specifics to help you be best prepared for the day.

What time does my race start?

10 minutes prior to Race Start is your Race Briefing *everyone must attend!

9.00 pm 12hr solo and Relay Start *ON SATURDAY, 20 MARCH

3.30 am 6hr Course Start *SUNDAY, 21 MARCH

6.30 am 3hr Course Start *SUNDAY, 21 MARCH

8.00 am 1hr Course Start *SUNDAY, 21 MARCH

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Minimum age for 3 hour is 16 with written permission from parent. The kids race is open to all ages.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Transport is not included in the event registration cost. We encourage you to carpool to our events.

Parking options are in the PRE RACE BRIEF which gets emailed out on Wednesday prior to the event. 

When does registration close?

Registration closes Tuesday prior to the event (16 March 2021) unless sold out earlier. 

Relay registration:

Relay teams will be contacted to supply all team members 2 weeks prior to event. Until then, the team captain can be responsible for managing the team.

What's the refund policy?

15. The refund policy is as follows. Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers. Your entry is not transferable to any other person. If you provide written notification more than six weeks prior to the event date you are entitled to a 90% of entry fees. If you provide written notification more than two weeks prior to the event date you are entitled to a 60% of entry fees. No refund will be given after that point for any reason. No refund will be given for a transferred event credit. No refunds will be provided for merchandise purchases; merchandise will not be posted and will only be available for collection at the event hub.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Your ticket is non-transferrable. If you wish to upgrade your distance, you will be charged the difference plus an admin cost of $20. If you wish to downgrade, no refund of entry fees will be provided.

Can I give it to a mate? 

No. Your ticket, your identity. Name changes are not permitted for Perth Trail Series events.
