Every year Diabetes NSW & ACT brings together current and future leaders in the field of diabetes. Diabetes is Australia’s fast growing chronic disease and a leading cause of heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, limb amputation, depression, anxiety, and blindness but it doesn’t have to be this way. With a focus on prevention, early detection, optimal treatment and effective ongoing support and management people living with diabetes can live a full and healthy life. This conference brings together the frontline health care professionals to learn, build networks and to discuss new ideas.

Who should attend?
The organising committee has designed a program suitable for a range of health professionals including; Nurses, Diabetes Educators, Podiatrists, Pharmacists, Dietitians, General Practitioners, Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals.
