The Central Coast Health Alliance is pleased to invite General Practitioners and Practice Nurses working on the coast to spend an evening exploring practical ways to deliver high level diabetes care.

In this part 2 of a part 3 series, Endocrinologist Dr Lili Yuen and Diabetes Educator Louise Norris will provide practical and evidence based information on diabetes monitoring and day to day management.

Program Outline

• Blood glucose monitoring: how often, when and what target

• Meters and devices

• Insulin administration issues

• Hypoglycaemia and sick day management

• An introduction to flash monitoring and Ambulatory Glucose Profiling: A powerful decision making tool for every practice

Registration starts from 6pm.

Presentation 6:30pm to 8.30pm
