DFV Common Risk and Safety Framework (CRASF): Level 2
Overview
Please join us for this online training session on the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Common Risk and Safety Framework (CRASF) and Level 2 tools.
The CRASF is the whole-of-system framework that guides the delivery of integrated service responses to DFV in Queensland. The CRASF has been developed for use by government and non-government agencies, as well as businesses and others who may come into contact with people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, DFV.
The Level 2 risk assessment tools are designed to be used by professionals required to assess DFV risk where some form of violence has already been identified, including through routine screening and the use of the Level 1 tools. The Level 2 tools enable professionals to assess and understand the risk posed to a DFV victim-survivor of DFV and undertake safety planning to manage the identified risk, including making appropriate referrals.
Please note, completing the CRASF Level 2 online modules (available at CRASF Modules | Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research) is a pre-requisite for attending the Level 2 session.
If you have any queries in relation to CRASF training, please contact the team at DFVIntegratedServices@justice.qld.gov.au.
