Innovative ALL NEW Vegetable Innovation Workshop in Melbourne, in August 2017.

What it is: A one day NATIONAL workshop to enthuse and provide insight, tools, resources and contacts for vegetable producers, processors and marketeers to de-risk the opportunity around developing new value-added vegetable products for relevant markets.

Who should attend: Australian vegetable industry: Managers and staff charged with technical research and development, marketing, business development, sales and marketing within vegetable production, processing and marketing companies.

Venue: Food Innovation Centre, Monash University Clayton Campus, New Horizons Building, 4th Floor Collaboration space, 20 Research Way, Clayton Victoria, 3800.

Starting promptly at: 9.00am* Participants will have the opportunity to tour the Virtual Supermarket Theatre and the 3D Prototyping Packaging Design Centre at the Food Innovation Centre (FIC). *Early birds can tour from 8.30am.

This project VG15028 has been funded by Horticulture Innovation Australia Limited using the research and development vegetable levy and funds from the Australian Government.

Note: Companies involved in the Australian Vegetable Industry receive priority places, with a limit of 2 representatives per company. Companies who are not Vegetable R&D levy payers may receive an offer of a place, subject to a fee of $450 + GST, and will be notified by email after registration.
