Proactively and consistently addressing poor employee performance and misconduct is a key step to improved employee productivity and team function.

Policies and procedures are necessary to clearly define acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace, detail the implications of unacceptable behaviour and help employers manage an incident of misconduct if it occurs.

This free workshop will address:

  • What Fair Work Practices mean for your organisation, and who is liable for them

  • Essential elements of a disciplinary policy

  • How to turn your policy into procedures

  • Holding people to account

Examples and practical exercises will be included.
