DAY 1 WORKSHOP

An introduction to innovation skills and exploring drivers for change

  • Managing risk, innovation opportunities and skills



DAY 2 WORKSHOP

Generate a new business model. Work with technical experts who will help explore opportunties for your agribusiness, including opportunities to supply product for the emerging nutraceutical industry in the Murray Region.

  • Targeted market insights and options for nutraceutical value chain/customers

  • Discussion: new business models and paradigm shift

  • Practical exercise: New customers and new opportunities

  • Priortisation and focus- which model works for my business goals (risk appetite/management)

  • Expert feedback on key unknowns for your business (from technical perspective)

  • Stories of success and opportunities

  • Next steps - options for support (programs/funding), future network activities and collaboration

A registration fee is $550 (inc. GST) per farming business.
This includes up to two members from the one business to attend the two days.
