Are you tired of making desserts full of sugar and wheat that leave you feeling bloated and tired? Baking is not your forte or you are looking for alternatives to hit the sweet spot. Would you like to learn how to make desserts that are healthy and nourishing and leave you feeling satisfied while allowing your tastebuds to join in the fun?
In this hands on workshop you will learn:
- about the different sweeteners available and the different ways to use them
- learn some of the special techniques used to create amazing raw/no-bake desserts
- make a:
Raspberry and Lemon Slice
Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Torte
Caramel Chocolate Brownies
Chia Seed Spiced Pudding
Blueberry Cheese Cake
- take home the recipes for the above desserts
- how you can have a sweet treat on hand for when you desire that sweetness and not resort to processed sweets
All the recipes are gluten, wheat, dairy and added sugar free. There is also no cooking!
You will now be able to have your cake and eat it too!
