Event description

Description

The world is changing rapidly. New services and technologies have fundamentally changed the way people see public services. Rising demands, changing expectations with shrinking budgets require bold choices to be made. New ways of thinking. New ways of working. A fresh perspective on how organisations should operate.

We will be building a business case for digital and design to be at the heart of the transformation work you're leading. One that spells out how radical reinvention can improve services for citizens and increase efficiency at the same time.

Together we will explore a whole new kind of public service: one designed around citizens and built for the digital age. We'll share some real-life examples from both the private and public sector which will leave you confident and ready to start the journey yourself.

Who should attend?

Anyone interested in improving public services through human-centred service design and digital technology.
