Event description
DESIGNING FIT FOR PURPOSE ADVOCACY - how to use evidence and relationships to further your cause.

About this Event

Whether you are in the private or public sectors, advocating for internal or external resources, advocacy is an important skillset to develop to secure support for your objectives. Resources are scarce and are rationed based on priority.

In this session we will explore frameworks and techniques to structure your advocacy, making it fit for purpose for your audience.

What you’ll develop:

  • Advocacy awareness
  • Advocacy empathy
  • Framework for the development of advocacy methodology
  • Advocacy stakeholder mapping
  • Developing third party advocates

This masterclass will be facilitated by Michael Comninos, with experience in strategy and policy development, public administration, advocacy, regulatory reform, project management and data and analytics, Michael brings a unique suite of skills to understanding strategy and how public and private sectors can work together.

This is a standalone session or join us in the afternoon for Strategy Implementation Through Partnerships.

This is one of four sessions as part of our Summer Masterclasses Series. View all our sessions here.
