Event description

Description

Design Thinking applies to a human-centric approach to business development. The process begins with your target market and using empathy as a foundation to build a product or service to solve real-world problems. „It’s extremely useful in tackling complex problems that are ill-defined or unknown, by understanding the human needs involved, by re-framing the problem in human-centric ways, by creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions, and by adopting a hands-on approach in prototyping and testing.

This workshop will ignite your creativity and generate out-of-the-box thinking by teaching the rules of the deisgn thinking process and applying powerful tools to immediately increase your creative output.

Understanding the five stages of Design Thinking will empower you to apply the Design Thinking methods in order to solve complex problems with out-of-the-box thinking.

In this workshop you will learn the five stages of Design Thinking:

  • Empathy - understand the challenge you need to solve

  • Define - define friction points and target customers to begin framing opportunties to solve

  • Ideate - generate a shortlist of ideas that can be quickly prototyped

  • Prototype - develop rapid prototypes and immediately test on customers

  • Test - iterate ideas based on customer feedback
