Demonstrating social impact (Half day workshop)
This workshop is designed as a practical introduction to demonstrating the social impact of your project or organisation.
You will learn how to:
- Clearly define the purpose of the evaluation – for example is the evaluation to communicate impact to stakeholders or is it being used to inform decision making and/or strategy development?
- Then define the audience/s for the evaluation and what needs to be communicated to these audiences
- Next to select appropriate methods and tools to demonstrate impact and learn how to apply these tools
- And finally, to reflect on the process, ensuring that you build the capability of your team and stakeholders to support you in demonstrating impact over time
