About this Event
Finding information about government-funded aged care services can be complex. Dementia Australia has a new way to identify and access dementia services.
The Dementia Care Navigator is a service that aims to make it simpler for Australians to learn about government-supported aged care services and how to access them.
Services you can access include:
- Tailored information about dementia and local services
- Individual and group support sessions
- Seminars to help you navigate living with dementia at all stages, including connecting you with other service providers
Suitable for: Person living with dementia and family members / primary carers / support person of a person living with dementia and people who may be concerned and want to learn more about dementia.
How will I get online?
We will be using Zoom - https://zoom.us/
You will need to download the platform onto you computer, laptop, tablet or phone. Whichever medium you will be using for the session.
There will be a zoom link sent to your email address the previous day. Click on the link to access the meeting on the day.
