If you answer yes to any of the above we invite you to attend our delicious workshop run by the lovely Laelle.
Laelle is the founder and managing director of SOLLUS.
Laelle will be sharing with you how to make four of her favourite desserts.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves this workshop is a fun, interactive and action packed learning experience.
During the workshop you will have time to ask Laelle questions about the ingredients used, what equipment is best and any other recommendations she may have.
The workshop is being hosted by the amazing Wholefood Merchants in Ferntree Gully, they are the largest health food store in Melbourne. You will also have the opportunity to browse the shelves and purchase if you wish the incredible products they have on offer.

You will be making the desserts to take home, so please bring a freezer bag and ice pack so they will arrive home safely, that is if they survive the trip home before you eat them!
