About this Event
Yoga nidra is a practice of guided mind–body awareness that enables effortless disengaging from the thinking mind, to create a nourishing, meditative state of deep relaxation and ease.
Involving no asanas (physical yoga poses), yoga nidra is done in a restful and comfortable lying position, and can be enjoyed equally by those with yoga or meditation experience, and those with no prior experience. These classes are suitable for all ages from teens.

✧ improving digestion
✧ balancing emotions
✧ building equanimity and resilience
✧ fostering creativity
✧ giving a profound sense of wholeness and ease
