DECODING YOUR KARMA with Elke Cryer

Karma knowledge is crucial to achieving peace, creativity, deep self-recognition and spiritual development. It is spiritual pedagogy leading the way to balance, harmony and the middle path. In this workshop we will work through the stages of karma awareness by way of Steiner's karmic exercises. Stages covered are Karmic sleep Disruption and Repetition Resistance Surrender The New Life Integration Every soul enters life carrying three karmic tasks, individual karma, vocational or social karma, world evolution or collective karma. The course covers all three. Identification of unfinished karma is particularly relevant in old age and offers a fresh breath.

Each workshop presents a different Karma exercise and instructions on working deeply and artistically with the exercise throughout the intervening fortnight. We also harvest the results of the fortnights work. Workshop 1 - Unfinished Karma Exercise.
