Join us for a fun packed day at beautiful Red Belly Farm where you will learn how easy it is to make your own hand made soft cheeses at home. This is a 100% hands on course where you will learn how to make your own ricotta, yoghurt, feta, camembert, marscapone and quark.
Refreshments, a light morning tea and a farmhouse, cheese inspired lunch is provided so all you need to bring is yourself for a wonderful day of cheese making in the country.
Workshop notes are provided and at the end of the day you will leave with not only an armful of your own handmade cheeses, but also the skills to do it again in your own kitchen. Equipment and cultures will be available to purchase on the day.
