Where do we see the Adelaide market heading over the next 6 to 12 months?

Aiming to inform Investors and property owners that they are in the “business of investing” we need to take our largest assets seriously and look to maximise the value, return on investment and keep the property well maintained. All of this whilst making the most of any / all legitimate tax deductions via depreciation schedules – if applicable. The most valuable asset to an investor after the bricks & mortar property is the Team that he or she surrounds themselves with or engages to help them navigate the day to day governance, maintenance and compliance, HR & legal requirements.

We will provide anecdotes and some funny stories to illustrate points and look to make it fun and informative for all BHA Members & guests.
