Keynote Speaker – Dr Fiona Kerr
We are excited to bring to you our keynote speaker - Dr Fiona Kerr. She is a prominent thought leader in the fields of social cognitive neuroscience (SCN) and human connectivity. Fiona has a strong research interest in the neurophysiological impact of human interaction with technologies.
Bringing together the fields of SCN and complex systems dynamics, Fiona tackles large, wicked problems by distilling complex issues into useful, pragmatic ideas, and framing them in a way which entices people to get involved and help shape change.
We have brought together a range of speakers to provide their insights on the place of technology in the health system. Facilitated by Paul Flynn, Chief Executive Officer, the Hospital Research Foundation, forum sessions include:
Dr Guy Ludbrook ‘O’Brien Glass – lessons for improved outpatient care’
Lyn Dean ‘HealthPathways’
Dr Angus Ritchie (Clinician) and Dr Linda Mann (GP) ‘ Lessons learnt from implementing HealthPathways’
Panel session discussing the place of technology in the health system
