Dealing with Employment Disputes & Disagreements
Event Information
About this Event
The workforce did it tough in 2020. Employees were unsure or unaware of what they were entitled to and employers were exposed to liability and unexpected claims they were unprepared for. These are issues impacting small businesses harder than most during this time. It has however provided a much- needed opportunity for people to proactively understand the risks and consequences involved when employer-employee relationships go poorly.
Join Jonathan Hadley, Partner at Gadens, who brings over 18 years of industry experience dealing with unfair dismissals, employment contract policies, employment and labour counselling and much more as he brings you a workshop targetted at preventing and solving disagreements and disputes in the workplace.
