Full day workshops will be delivered as two half-day sessions over a period of two weeks. These interactive trainings have been designed to encourage the practical implementation of learned skills, an opportunity for repetition and reflection before the second part of the workshop takes place. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance

About the facilitator

Dean’s career has spanned more than 20 years in the Public and Private Health sector covering an extensive history of operational management, service delivery and clinical leadership roles.

The ongoing passion he has for working with today’s Leaders and Managers is something he feels truly privileged to do.

Dean has been delivering training, coaching and mentoring in Leadership Strategy and Performance Psychology for more than 6 years; passing on the simple secrets he’s learnt to help emerging Leaders and experienced Managers avoid the pain of burning out in the fast-paced modern business world.
