Anxiety : What causes it and practical ways to respond that reduce anxiety and improve resilience

About this Event

As a parent today, dealing with anxiety in our children is a major concern, and there are so many questions: Are we doing it? How do we do it? Where do I start?

Behaviour Consultant, Madhavi Nawana Parker's workshop will answer those questions and more. She will offers practical advice on how to help children navigate their way through stress and anxiety.

Who is Madhavi Nawana Parker?

Madhavi Nawana Parker is a keynote and guest speaker on the topics of social emotional literacy, positive discipline, anxiety and anger, resilience and wellbeing. She presents to a wide audience including teachers, educators, allied health professionals and parents.

Madhavi is a published author of social emotional literacy programs including, 'The Resilience and Wellbeing Toolbox' by Routeledge Education London. Madhavi has previously published with Mark Le Messurier through Routeledge Education London with their series of social emotional literacy programs, 'What's the Buzz: A social skills enrichment program for primary age children; What's the Buzz for Early Learners and Archie's Big Book of Friendship Adventures'.
