Celebrate Deakin's brilliant research students as they fight to win this year's Deakin University Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition and the new Visualise Your Thesis (VYT) competition. Winners of each competition will progress to the Asia-Pacific final.

3MT develops academic and research work-ready communication skills. Participating Higher Degree by Research students will present a compelling oration on their thesis topic and its significance in plain English, all in under three minutes!

VYT students explain their thesis in a 1 minute video. Fast, punchy, and fascinating.
