Description


FREE entry to the Deadly Collective Market Space including Indigenous art installations, market stalls, live music and the Learning Circle. In the Learning Circle listen and become engaged with current and emerging elders and respected people discussing intergenerational issues, our learnings from the past and changing things for a brighter future.


Feel free to stay on for an evening of music, film, food and sharing at the Deadly Espresso, Eumundi Pavilion Markets.


Join in and attend Indigenous workshops on painting, bush tucker, jewellery making, traditional bush medicine and Yidaki healing. There is also a children’s colouring workshop where children can express themselves through Indigenous art imbued with spirit whilst sharing stories, laughing and learning.

Kabi Kabi descendent Shauna Hill will share her love of art with participants who can learn how to relax and create their own modern and colourful pieces of art.

Deadly Collective Worshop Series - Children's Colouring Workshop

Bring your favourite colouring mediums to a gathering of creative minds who can express themselves through Indigenous art pieces that are imbued with spirit whilst sharing stories, laughing and learning, all at the same time.

Deadly Collective Worshop Series - Celebrate Country Cooking Class


Our brilliant Chef, Duncan from My Fermenting Heart, teams up with Deadly Expresso to create two new bush tucker recipes. Join Duncan with his amazing skills and stories about his story of self-discovery and awakening that fills you with inspiration.

Deadly Collective Worshop Series - Jewellery Making with Victoria Van Schie


Victoria will teach you how to make jewellery from Emu feather bundles and will share with you stories from her homeland.

Deadly Collective Worshop Series - Traditional Bush Medicine


Aunty Lee Doherty – Custodian of the Gumby Gumby traditional bush medicine will be sharing her knowledge of traditional bush medicine. Aunty Lee is also the owner of the The Traditional Bush Medicine Company who approaches holistic principles of Hippocrates to treat the underlying cause and the whole person, not just the symptoms, to educate and develop preventative measures to reduce recurrence.

Deadly Collective Worshop Series - Uncle Gene's Healing Yidaki


Uncle Gene will be providing healing sounds through the Yidaki.
