Mindfulness is a skill that can help you live life with greater calm, clarity and confidence.
If you feel it's time to give yourself a break and get some tips for worrying less and enjoying life more, this daylong retreat is for you.
Whether you have never even heard of mindfulness or you have been practicing for years, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Renowned mindfulness teacher, Dr Sharn Rocco, will explain the foundations of mindfulness and guide you through the practices of sitting, walking and eating mindfully.
This event is for anyone wanting a day of peace and quiet and interested in learning a life-skill that is proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression; and improve concentration, compassion, wellbeing and resilience.
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: A packed lunch and water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes that are easily slipped off and on. Tea, coffee and CHAIRS WILL BE PROVIDED but if you prefer to sit on the floor, bring a yoga mat and firm cushion/s or similar.
