ITINERARY

FRIDAY NIGHT – arrival any time after 5pm

People arrive at our accommodation to a glass of champagne and canapés

Check in their luggage and set up for the evening

Outdoor or indoor meal (Weather permitting – salads provided (BYO meat or main option all cooked on the BBQ) this meal is not provided by Hiked

SATURDAY MORNING

Continental Breakfast set out from 7.30am – 8.00am

Depart for Hike at 8:30am

Main walk – Daylesford Lake to Hepburn Springs Circuit (25km) - Hike starts from the house

Snacks provided for day hike, lunch not included

Hike finishes at 2pm

SATURDAY AFTERNOON/DINNER

Short walk to Daylesford Convent at 2.30pm

Convent experience includes access to the Gallery and drinks (entry fee to Gallery included, drinks not included in price)

Transport to and from Sault's Restaurant for dinner. Dinner is a 7 course Degustation Dinner at 7.30pm

SUNDAY MORNING

Bacon and Eggs for breakfast set out at 8.30am-9am

Depart for hike at 9.30am

Main walk – Lake to Lake (12km) - Hike starts from house

Snacks provided for day hike

SUNDAY AFTERNOON/DINNER

Lavender Farm in Hepburn Springs

Lunch at the Lavender Farm (entry fee to farm included but lunch not included in price)

Dinner optional for guests either at the house or in town (not included in price)

MONDAY MORNING

Granola and fruit breakfast

Pack up and clean house and drive back home by 11am

Time to explore the local shops in town

Sonoma House in Daylesford – Sonoma House has been designed to ensure stylish surrounds nestled in the slopes of Wombat Hill. This unique four bedroom and one bathroom home offers a fifth bedroom and second bathroom via a separate building, the Stables. Sonoma House is located in the centre of Daylesford's township and is situated amongst mature chestnut and apple trees.
