DAY TWO - Mind, Body, Soul Challenge
The Mind, Body, Soul Challenge is designed to kick-start your new lifestyle regime based around tips on wholesome nutrition, exercise and the practice of mindfulness through meditation.
Day Two is designed to assist you in overcoming any difficulties you may be facing within the first 24hours. This session will provide you with a nutrition demonstration highlighting the hidden additives in commonly perceived "healthy" foods. The session will conclude with a focus on mindfulness and meditation, a perfect opportunity to celebrate your first milestone along your journey and encourage others to stay on track.
