Come and see Clarence Valley artist Dave Carroll's latest exhibition “Colour my World”. Dave will talk about memories of growing up in Britain, emigrating to Australia and life experiences which are catalysts for his image making. A recent diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease has provided a challenge and a new focus for his creativity as Dave uses vivid colours as a rebellious statement to rail against what could easily be a depressive disease. Now in its second year, his monthly artists journal, "Damn Parkinson’s”, is an insightful and highly creative commentary on living with the disease.
